To Whom I should VOTE ?

Time to elect a Rightful Candidate (for every constituency) through General Elections has almost arrived and also the chance to cast my first vote.

So I started to think about the qualities of the candidate to whom I am going to cast my Vote and I came up with the following basic requirements.

1. He should be honest and shouldn't practice any law-violating activities.
2. His topmost priority should be our Country's welfare.
3. A clear idea on how he is going to develop his constituency.
4. Good leadership qualities.

But as soon as I started checking the candidates of various political parties,I came up with these characteristics.

a) Almost all contesting candidates has a sound bribery background.
b) Few of them were notorious criminals, but they are never convicted of any criminal offence.
c) Personal welfare is their only consideration.
d) Distributing money for vote (feels like it is an investment and can make profits for next 5 years).

Do these Candidates can take steps to provide Food,Clothes and Shelter to everyone ?
Do these Candidates can take right decisions on agriculture, irrigation, power, jobs, finance, foreign relations, industrial sector, technology, education, sports, culture...etc ?
Do these Candidates can take care of anti-social elements ?
(Most of the contesting candidates are anti-social elements)

I have only one answer for all the above questions. A big NO.

So all these Candidates are not eligible to rule a constituency and so I shouldn't vote for them.

Then To Whom I Should VOTE ?

I want Election Commission to modify Options in EVM (Electronic Voting Machine) such that one can cast a vote to none of the candidates.

Disclaimer : The above mentioned are only my opinions in a broader range. There are very few politicians who have all the requirements to rule a constituency .
I wonder whether these kind of politicians will constitute around 10%. Assume a total of 25,000 politicians all over India,Can 2500 be eligible ? (Estimating 5 contestants per constituency)

Very Few Facts to Show that FOR POWER THEY WILL DO ANYTHING:

1. Just for a mere reason of acquiring power, few regional parties agreed to split a state into two.
2. A party provided Television Sets to every Family,of course with Government Funds (Who the hell needs a Television,if people are starving for food)
3. Every party will start crying about poor, backward caste's and social justice just before elections.
